Well i have taken on a lot more work with the National Childbirth Trust and tonight i am attending a breastfeeding class!!! Very excited as i never did breastfeed :-( I had a lot of miss information and a lack of support and i regret my decisions and this is why i am focusing on this in the hope that i can help other mums to make an informed decision to suit them and i will support them in whatever decision they make. I am also helping at our Nearly New Sale in September and November, if anyone lives in the Leicester and would like details please let me know.
When i started my blog i had already been on my midwifery journey for some time and i didn't want to just list all the things i had done towards it.......or you may fall asleep:-) So i thought i would slot them in where appropriate depending upon what i am doing at the time.
So yeah sorry the NCT is a major part of my journey so far. I work with a lovely group of people to help provide support and guidance throughout pregnancy and early parenthood in the area of Leicester. We hold coffee mornings, Antenatal classes , Breastfeeding classes and a bumps babies and beyond group plus plenty of other activities. So i will update after my first ever breastfeeding class tonight xxx
